Chris Lattner 8fb07c5a21 fix PR5837 by having SSAUpdate reuse phi nodes for the ...

'GetValueInMiddleOfBlock' case, instead of inserting 
duplicates.

A similar fix is almost certainly needed by the machine-level
SSAUpdate implementation.
