- -emit-llvm isn't a stage selection option.

 - Document -O4 and -flto.

 - -ObjC++ and -ObjC apply to all inputs, not subsequent ones.

 - Some versions of pod2man aren't happy about the comment after =over=?

 - Some minor grammar fixes.
