2227386eb7 CSR with AUB dump to call makeNonResident on AUB CSR 
AUB CSR can implement additional actions to be taken on makeNonResident
such as dumping buffer and image resources.

dfd4e767e0 Introducing AubFixture with minimum required initialization 
- fixture is creating AUBCsr or TBXWithAubCsr only and sets
executionEnvironment used by Device
- this sequence ensures correct initialization without redundant
objects creation
- adding new AUB test: AubWriteCopyReadBufferTest
